Due to rounding, the numbers presented in this report may not sum precisely to the provided totals.This Quarterly Report is based on the Circulating Supply guidelines outlined in the WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023 announced on December 21, 2022, the WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit announced on February 28, 2023, and WONDER Staking announced on June 20, 2023.1. WEMIX Total SupplyThe guidelines for the circulating supply of WEMIX have been re-established to ensure transparent and deflationary tokenomics through the WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023 (announced on December 21, 2022), WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit (announced on February 28, 2023), and WONDER Staking (announced on June 20, 2023). Details on the WEMIX supply are as follows.1.1. Total SupplyThe total supply of WEMIX is the sum of the TGE supply of 1 billion WEMIX and newly minted WEMIX per block, minus the total WEMIX burned. In the second quarter, the total supply increased by approximately 6.0 million WEMIX.1.2. Circulating Supply StatusThe circulating supply is calculated by deducting the non-circulating supply from the total supply. In the second quarter, the circulating supply decreased by approximately 2.9 million WEMIX due to the inclusion of 8.9 million WEMIX from the circulating supply to the non-circulating supply. The increase in non-circulating supply is mainly due to the retrieval of the NEITH Covenant (approximately 10.8 million WEMIX) to the Foundation upon the conclusion of NILE’s Footprint of Civilization sales.1.3. Internally owned WEMIXInternally owned WEMIX refers to WEMIX held by the WEMIX Foundation and WEMADE. In the second quarter, internally owned WEMIX increased by approximately 2.3 million WEMIX.2. WEMIX White Paper Distribution Plan UsageThis section was written to understand the distribution progress of the TGE supply of 1 billion WEMIX. The subsequent information details the utilization of WEMIX by the Foundation for the development of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem.2.1. WEMIX Usage Details⁸In the second quarter, the WEMIX usage in accordance with the Distribution plan decreased by approximately 8.9 million WEMIX. The usage details, as outlined in the White Paper, are as follows.2.2. Usage Details Compared to Distribution Plan in WEMIX White PaperAfter the TGE, Private Sales were conducted to secure funds for the Project. However, as Public Sales became available with the first exchange listing in October 2020, the remaining balance allocated for Public Sales was redistributed to the Community. The usage details compared to the allocation in the White Paper are as follows.3. WEMIX BurnAs the WEMIX Deflationary Policy has been designed to ensure the continuous growth of WEMIX and to provide benefits to the WEMIX community, the Foundation burned all gas fees incurred during the second quarter of 2024 and a portion of the Foundation’s income generated in the first quarter of 2024. Due to the discontinuation of the WEMIX Burn program, no assets are subject to Batch Burn in the second quarter of 2024.The information regarding WEMIX Burn is provided for general informational purposes only. The Foundation does not promise profit-sharing or distribution to anyone through the WEMIX Burn policy. All aspects of the WEMIX BURN policy, including the implementation, burn ratios, objectives, timing, quantities, and other related matters, are at the discretion of the Foundation and are subject to suspension or modification at any time.WEMIX Burn is categorized into three types, Mass Burn, Batch Burn, and Auto Burn, and all burn records can be verified on the WEMIX Burn platform. A total of 1.8 million WEMIX was burned in the second quarter. This includes 0.4 million WEMIX from WEMIX3.0 network fees and 1.4 million WEMIX corresponding to the assets subject to Batch Burn in the first quarter of 2024. The WEMIX Burn details are as follows.3.1 Mass BurnMass Burn is a process of burning a large amount of WEMIX held by the Foundation at its discretion to ensure stable growth of the ecosystem. The BBBBB (Burn for Break-even Block Below Billion) announced on December 13th, 2022 was carried out, and the Third Mass Burn was conducted on December 12, 2023, to implement Deflationary Tokenomics.(1) WEMIX BurnedNo burns were classified as Mass Burn in the second quarter of 2024.3.2. Batch BurnBatch Burn is designed to stabilize the ecosystem by burning a portion of WEMIX Foundation’s income including the investment revenue, and returning it to the community and the market. Under the general condition that the Foundation maintains financial stability, a portion of the investment returns — including the principal and profits — are subject to burning.(1) WEMIX BurnedIn December 2022, the Buyback  Burn campaign was initiated as part of community protection measures and utilized 10 million USD from the Foundation in advance. A total of 15.4 million WEMIX was burned over three phases in the first quarter of 2023, and the funds for the Buyback  Burn campaign were fully recovered by the first quarter of 2024. An excess of approximately 0.3 million USD remaining after funds for the Buyback  Burn campaign were fully recovered, and approximately 1.3 million WEMIX subject to Batch Burn in the first quarter of 2024, were burned in the second quarter of 2024.(2) Assets Subject to Batch BurnDue to the discontinuation of the WEMIX Burn program, no assets are subject to Batch Burn in the second quarter of 2024.3.3. Auto BurnThe Auto Burn mechanism expands in scale alongside the growth of the WEMIX3.0 mainnet and platform, driven by the community’s interest and participation, to achieve a balanced contraction of the token economy. All WEMIX3.0 Network fees, including the base fee and priority fees, are burned.(1) WEMIX Burned¹⁵WEMIX3.0 Network fees are automatically burned in real-time, and WEMIX Platform Revenue was excluded from assets subject to Auto Burn and reclassified to assets subject to Batch Burn. The total WEMIX burned under Auto Burn in the second quarter of 2024 is 420,673 WEMIX.Appendix 1. Foundation’s Usage of WEMIXThe following chapter details the usage history of WEMIX from TGE, with usage classified according to the White Paper. The usage of WEMIX from TGE based on actual transactions is disclosed to provide clear information on the usage of WEMIX.Appendix 2. Cash Equivalent Resources AcquiredThe following outlines the cash and cash equivalent assets that have been secured for the expansion of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem using WEMIX and have been categorized according to the Distribution Plan in the White Paper. The corresponding details are as follows.(1) Fundraising DetailsPrivate Sales were discontinued once Public Sales became available following the first exchange listing in 2020. Following the discontinuation of Private Sales, fundraising has been reclassified as Ecosystem Partnership  Investment. In the second quarter of 2024, there was no WEMIX fundraising activity.(2) Trading on ExchangesNo WEMIX has been traded on exchanges in the second quarter of 2024.

WEMIX 백서 배분 계획 사용 내역⁸당분기에는 약 8.9백만 WEMIX에 해당하는 백서 배분 계획 사용분이 감소하였습니다. 백서상 용도에 따라 구분한 사용 내역은 다음과 같습니다.2.2. WEMIX 백서상 배분 계획 대비 사용 내역WEMIX는 TGE 이후 프로젝트 재원 마련을 위한 Private Sales가 진행되었습니다. 그러나 2020년 10월 거래소에 상장함으로써 Public Sales가 가능해짐에 따라, Private Sales 미사용 물량을 위믹스 커뮤니티에 환원 차 커뮤니티로 배분하였습니다. 당분기 백서 배분 대비 누적 사용량은 다음과 같습니다.3. WEMIX 소각 (Burn)WEMIX 생태계의 성장이 커뮤니티에게 실질적인 이득이 되고, 공급량 감소를 통해 WEMIX의 가치가 지속적으로 상승할 수 있도록 설계된 WEMIX 수축 정책(WEMIX Deflationary Policy)의 일환으로, 당분기 가스비 전액을 비롯하여, 2024년 1분기 발생된 재단의 수입 일부를 소각 진행하였습니다. 위믹스 번 프로그램 중단에 따라 당분기에 발생되는 Batch Burn 소각 재원은 없습니다.WEMIX 소각에 관한 내용은 일반적인 정보를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 작성한 것이며, 재단은 WEMIX BURN 정책을 통해 누구에게도 어떠한 이익의 공유 또는 배분을 약속하는 것이 아닙니다. WEMIX BURN 정책의 실시여부를 비롯한 소각 비율, 대상, 시기, 수량 등 제반 사항은 재단의 재량에 따라 진행하는 것으로, 재단의 재량에 따라 언제든지 중단 또는 변경할 수 있습니다.모든 소각 내역은 WEMIX Burn 플랫폼을 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 소각 유형에 따라 3가지 유형으로(Mass Burn, Batch Burn, Auto Burn) 구분하여 진행됩니다. 당분기 소각 처리된 물량은 1.8백만 WEMIX이며, WEMIX3.0 네트워크 수수료인 0.4백만 WEMIX와 지난 1분기에 확정된 Batch Burn 소각 재원인 1.4백만 WEMIX가 당분기에 소각 처리 완료 되었습니다. 상세 내역은 아래와 같습니다.3.1 Mass BurnMass Burn은 생태계의 안정적 성장을 위해 재단의 결정에 따라 재단 보유 WEMIX를 대량 소각하는 것으로, 2022년 12월 13일에 발표한 BBBBB(Burn for Break-even Block Below Billion)을 진행하였으며, 2024년 수축 토큰 경제 계획을 이행하기 위해 2023년 12월 12일에 제 3차 Mass Burn을 진행하였습니다.(1) 소각 완료된 WEMIX당분기에 Mass Burn으로 분류되는 소각은 없습니다.3.2. Batch BurnBatch Burn은 위믹스 재단의 투자 수입을 포함한 재단 수입 일부를 커뮤니티와 시장에 환원하여 생태계를 안정화하기 위해 소각하는 것으로, 일반적으로 재단이 건전한 재무 상태를 유지하는 경우, 투자 회수금의 일부를 소각의 재원으로 책정합니다.(1) 소각 완료된 WEMIX2022년 12월 커뮤니티 보호책의 일환으로 발표한 Buyback  Burn 캠페인에 따라 재단 재원 10백만 USD로 우선 진행하여 2023년 1분기에 3회에 걸쳐 총 15.4백만 WEMIX가 소각 처리되었습니다. 이에 따라 선 진행된 Buyback  Burn 캠페인 재원은 2024년 1분기 소각 재원을 마지막으로 충당 완료되었습니다. 전 분기 Buyback  Burn 캠페인 재원 충당 후 초과분인 약 0.3백만 USD와 WEMIX 소각재원인 약 1.3백만 WEMIX가 당분기에 소각 처리되었습니다.(2) 소각 재원위믹스 번 프로그램 중단에 따라 당분기에 발생한 소각 재원은 없습니다.3.3. Auto BurnAuto Burn은 커뮤니티의 많은 관심과 참여로 인해 WEMIX3.0 메인넷과 플랫폼이 성장함에 따라 소각의 규모 또한 확대되는 방식입니다.
