Consequently, discrepancies may exist between the information presented in this report, previously published Quarterly reports, and WEMADE Audit Reports.This Quarterly Report is based on the information at the time of publishing, and the WEMIX team will reflect any changes and additional information, if any, upon confirmation.The publication and announcement of the Report may be amended according to the policy of the WEMIX WHITE PAPER.Discrepancies may exist due to foreign exchange rates and increases in disposition.This Quarterly Report is written in one million WEMIX units, one million Korean Won (KRW), and one million USD, rounded to one decimal place. Due to rounding, numbers presented throughout this report may not add up precisely to the totals provided.The form and classification of this Quarterly Report have changed from previous reports following the re-established Distribution Plan through the WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023 announced on December 21, 2022, the WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit announced on February 28, 2023, and WONDER Staking announced on June 20, 2023.WEMIX is classified into four categories depending on the ownership and circulation status.1. WEMIX Total SupplyTo pursue transparent and deflationary tokenomics, the guidelines for the WEMIX Circulating Supply have been re-established by the WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023 (announced on December 21, 2022), WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit (announced on February 28, 2023), and WONDER Staking (announced on June 20, 2023). Details on the WEMIX supply are as follows.1.1. Total SupplyThe total supply of WEMIX includes the TGE supply of 1 billion WEMIX and newly minted WEMIX per block and excludes the total amount of WEMIX burned. In the fourth quarter, the total supply decreased by approximately 25.3 million WEMIX. The decrease in total supply is attributed to the execution of the third Mass Burn, which was initiated to pursue Deflationary Tokenomics, and a total of 32 million WEMIX in the Reserve (non-circulating WEMIX) was burned. Furthermore, per Zero Minting Policy announced on January 9, 2024, the Max Supply will be temporarily fixed at 980 million WEMIX.1.2. Non-Circulating SupplyThe non-circulating supply refers to non-circulating WEMIX owned by the Foundation and WEMADE. The distribution of the non-circulating supply adheres to the WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit, with disclosures preceding any transfer. In the fourth quarter, the decrease in non-circulating supply was primarily attributable to the burning of 32 million non-circulating WEMIX for the third Mass Burn and the deposit of 16.2 million WEMIX for NILE’s NEITH Covenant.1.3. Circulating SupplyThe circulating supply is calculated by deducting the non-circulating supply from the total supply. In the fourth quarter, the circulating supply increased by approximately 33.8 million WEMIX. The increase in circulating supply was attributed to the inclusion of 16.2 million WEMIX for the NEITH Covenant from the non-circulating supply into the circulating supply.1.4. Foundation-Owned and WEMADE-Owned WEMIXCirculating and Non-Circulating WEMIX owned by the WEMIX Foundation and WEMADE are as follows.2. WEMIX White Paper Distribution Plan UsageThis section was written for the purpose of understanding the progress of the Distribution Plan of the initial issued supply of 1 billion WEMIX. The subsequent information details the utilization of WEMIX from the TGE supply by the Foundation for the development of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem.2.1. WEMIX Usage Details¹⁴In the fourth quarter, approximately 58.2 million WEMIX was used for the expansion of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem. The subsequent information details the breakdown of the WEMIX usage in accordance with the Distribution Plan.2.2. Usage Details Compared to Distribution Plan in WEMIX White PaperAfter the TGE, Private Sales were conducted to secure funds for the Project. However, as Public Sales became available with the first exchange listing in October 2020, the unused WEMIX distributed for Public Sales were redistributed to the Community. In the fourth quarter, the third Mass Burn was initiated to maintain Deflationary Tokenomics, and all WEMIX distributed to the Community, as well as a portion of WEMIX distributed to the Platform was used. Consequently, all WEMIX allocated to the Community has been fully utilized during the fourth quarter.3. WEMIX BurnAs the WEMIX Deflationary Policy has been designed to ensure the continuous growth of the value of WEMIX and provide benefits to the WEMIX community, the Foundation burned a portion of all revenue generated on each platform of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem, investment returns, and all gas fees in 2023.Nevertheless, the information presented herein is intended solely for general informational purposes, and the Foundation makes no commitments to benefits distribution through the WEMIX BURN policy. The implementation of the WEMIX BURN policy, including burn ratios, objectives, timing, quantities, and other related matters, is at the discretion of the Foundation and is subject to suspension or modification at any time.WEMIX Burn is categorized into three types, Mass Burn, Batch Burn, and Auto Burn, and all burn records can be verified on the WEMIX BURN platform.In the fourth quarter, the cumulative WEMIX burned amounted to approximately 142 million WEMIX. The following is a breakdown of the WEMIX burned.3.1 Mass BurnMass Burn is a process of burning a large amount of WEMIX held by the Foundation at its discretion to ensure stable growth of the ecosystem. Previously, the BBBBB (Burn for Break-even Block Below Billion) was designed to ensure that the maximum issuance does not exceed 1 billion after the genesis minting. Mass Burn will take place when deemed necessary by the Foundation.(1) WEMIX BurnedTo implement Deflationary Tokenomics, the third Mass Burn was conducted on December 12, 2023, burning a total of 32 million WEMIX, and 1,198,979 WEMIX in the Platform allocation were utilized to address the insufficient quantity.3.2. Batch BurnBatch Burn is designed to stabilize the ecosystem by burning a portion of WEMIX Foundation’s investment revenue and returning it to the community and the market. Under the general condition that the Foundation maintains financial stability, a portion of the investment returns — including both the principal and profits — are subject to burning. The Buyback  Burn campaign, conducted in three phases in Q1 of 2023, was initiated in December 2022 as part of community protection measures. The Foundation plans to prioritize recovering the 10 million USD with accrued revenue to maintain the financial stability of the Foundation.(1) WEMIX BurnedAccording to the Buyback  Burn campaign announced in Q4 of 2022, a total of 15.4 million WEMIX was burned in the course of three phases in Q1 of 2023 as part of the community protection measures.(2) Assets Subject to Batch BurnIn the fourth quarter, the cumulative assets classified as Batch Burn are approximately 9.8 million USD and 924,370 WEMIX. Among the assets subject to Batch Burn, 9.8 million USD have been utilized to recover the previously conducted Buyback  Burn campaign using 10 million USD of the Foundation’s assets. The remaining 0.2 million USD utilized for future assets received in USD that are subject to Batch Burn, and the 924,370 WEMIX will be burned within the first quarter of 2024.*The following information has been revised on March 19, 2024 (link).3.3. Auto BurnThe Auto Burn mechanism expands in scale alongside the growth of the WEMIX3.0 mainnet and platform, driven by the community’s interest and participation, to achieve a balanced contraction of the token economy. Revenue received from sources other than WEMIX will be used to purchase WEMIX for burning.In accordance with the Zero Minting Policy announced on January 9, 2024, Priority Fees and Platform Revenue will be excluded from Autoburn and reclassified as Revenue subject to Batch Burn after the Brioche Hardfork.(1) WEMIX Burned²²WEMIX3.0 Network fees are automatically burned in real-time, and WEMIX Platform Revenues are burned collectively the following month once the previous month’s revenue is confirmed. In the fourth quarter, the WEMIX Platform revenue applied to platform revenue from September 2023 to November 2023, and the total WEMIX burned under Auto Burn is 1,230,950 WEMIX.Appendix 1. Foundation’s Usage of WEMIXThe following chapter details the usage history of WEMIX from TGE, with usage classified according to the White Paper. In the previously published Quarterly Reports, “Appendix 1: Use of WEMIX” and “Appendix 2: Use of Cash and Cash Equivalent Assets” were disclosed without classifying ownership and circulation status. However, to provide clear information on the usage of WEMIX, the following Quarterly Report discloses the usage of WEMIX from TGE based on actual transactions.Appendix 2. Cash Equivalent Resources AcquiredThis section includes information that does not apply in the fourth quarter but is key details from previous quarterly reports. The following outlines the cash and cash equivalent assets that have been secured for the expansion of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem using WEMIX and have been categorized by the White Paper Distribution Plan. The corresponding details are as follows.(1) Fundraising DetailsPrivate Sales were discontinued once Public Sales became available following the first exchange listing in 2020. Following the discontinuation of Private Sales, fundraising has been reclassified as Ecosystem Partnership  Investment. In the fourth quarter, there was no WEMIX fundraising activity. (2) Trading on ExchangesNo WEMIX has been traded on exchanges in the fourth quarter of 2023.

WEMIX 공급현황투명한 수축 토큰경제(Transparent  Deflationary Tokenomics)를 위해 재단 보유 상황 및 유통 계획을 포함하는 WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023(2022년 12월 21일 발표), WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit(2023년 2월 28일 발표) 및 WONDER Staking(2023년 6월 20일 발표)로부터 유통량 기준이 재정립되었으며, 상세내역은 다음과 같습니다.1.1. 총 공급량WEMIX 코인의 TGE 10억개와 WEMIX 백서에 따라 블록당 1개의 WEMIX가 민팅되는 수량의 합에서 누적 소각분을 제외한 수량입니다. 해당 분기동안 약 25.3백만 WEMIX에 해당하는 공급이 감소하였으며, 이는 수축 토큰 경제를 지향하는 재단의 소각 정책에 따라 재단 보유 미유통 WEMIX 32백만개를 대량 소각한 세 번째 Mass Burn으로 기인합니다. 2024년부터 최대 공급량은 1월 9일 발표한 WEMIX 블록민팅 중단 계획에 따라 일시적으로 9억8천만개로 고정됩니다.1.2. 미유통량재단 및 위메이드가 미유통량으로 보유하고 있는 수량을 미유통량으로 정의하고 있으며, 미유통량은 단기적으로 시장에 공급되지 않고 유통 계획과 사전 공지에 의해 유통됩니다. 해당 분기동안 미유통량이 감소하였으나, 이 모두가 유통되었음을 의미하지 않습니다. 대부분의 미유통량 감소는 재단 보유 미유통 물량을 대량 소각한 세 번째 Mass Burn 32백만 WEMIX와 NILE의 NEITH Covenant 예치를 위한 16.2백만 WEMIX로 기인하였습니다.1.3. 유통량WEMIX 총 공급량에서 미유통량을 제외하여 유통량을 산정하였습니다. 해당 분기동안 약 33.8백만 WEMIX에 해당하는 유통량이 증가하였으며, 이 중 16.2백만 미유통 WEMIX는 NEITH Covenant 수량이 유통량으로 산입됨에 기인합니다.1.4. 보유량재단 및 위메이드가 보유한 유통량과 미유통량은 다음과 같습니다.2. WEMIX 백서 이행 현황본 챕터는 WEMIX의 최초 민팅 수량에 대한 배분 경과를 파악하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었습니다. TGE 10억 WEMIX에서 재단이 WEMIX3.0 생태계 조성을 위해 사용한 WEMIX를 백서 기준으로 분류하였습니다.2.1. WEMIX 백서 배분 계획 사용 내역¹⁴ 2023년 4분기에는 58.2백만 WEMIX를 생태계 확장을 위해 사용하였습니다. 백서상 용도에 따라 구분한 사용 내역은 다음과 같습니다. 2.2. WEMIX 백서상 배분 계획 대비 사용 내역WEMIX는 TGE 이후 프로젝트 재원 마련을 위한 Private Sales가 진행되었습니다. 그러나 2020년 10월 거래소에 상장함으로써 Public Sales가 가능해짐에 따라, Private Sales 미사용 물량을 위믹스 커뮤니티에 환원 차 커뮤니티로 배분하였습니다. 2023년 4분기에는 커뮤니티와 시장에 환원하여 생태계 안정화를 진행하기 위해 Mass Burn을 진행하였으며 소각 재원은 커뮤니티와 플랫폼 수량으로 사용하였습니다. 이에 따라 커뮤니티 물량은 전량 사용되었습니다. 3. WEMIX 소각 (Burn)WEMIX 생태계의 성장이 커뮤니티에게 실질적인 이득이 되고, 공급량 감소를 통해 WEMIX의 가치가 지속적으로 상승할 수 있도록 설계된 WEMIX 수축 정책(WEMIX Deflationary Policy)의 일환으로, 2023년 가스비 전액을 비롯하여, WEMIX3.0 생태계의 모든 플랫폼 수입 및 재단의 모든 투자 수익의 일부를 소각 진행하였습니다.그럼에도 불구하고, 아래 WEMIX 소각에 관한 내용은 일반적인 정보를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 작성한 것이며, 재단은 WEMIX BURN 정책을 통해 누구에게도 어떠한 이익의 공유 또는 배분을 약속하는 것이 아닙니다. WEMIX BURN 정책의 실시여부를 비롯한 소각 비율, 대상, 시기, 수량 등 제반 사항은 재단의 재량에 따라 진행하는 것으로, 재단의 재량에 따라 언제든지 중단 또는 변경할 수 있습니다. 모든 소각 내역은 WEMIX BURN 플랫폼을 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 소각 유형에 따라 3가지 유형으로(Mass Burn, Batch Burn, Auto Burn) 구분하여 진행됩니다.해당 분기까지 소각된 물량은 총 142백만 WEMIX이며 상세 내역은 아래와 같습니다.3.1 Mass BurnMass Burn은 생태계의 안정적 성장을 위해 재단의 결정에 따라 재단 보유 WEMIX를 대량 소각하는 것으로, 그동안 1차 BBBBB(Burn for Break-even Block Below Billion) 진행을 통해 최고 발행량이 제네시스 민팅 10억개에 못 미치도록 설계하였으며, 향후에도 재단 결정에 따라 필요 시 Mass Burn이 진행됩니다.(1) 소각 완료된 WEMIX2024년 수축 토큰 경제 계획을 이행하기 위해 2023년 12월 12일 제 3차 Mass Burn을 진행하여 32백만 WEMIX를 소각하였으며, 커뮤니티 배분 수량으로 충당하기로 하였으나 부족하여 소각 재원 중 1,198,979 WEMIX는 플랫폼 수량에서 사용하였습니다. 3.2. Batch BurnBatch Burn은 위믹스 재단의 투자 수입의 일부를 커뮤니티와 시장에 환원하여 생태계를 안정화하기 위해 소각하는 것으로, 일반적으로 재단이 건전한 재무 상태를 유지하는 경우, 투자의 원금과 이익을 포함하는 투자 회수금의 일부를 소각의 재원으로 책정합니다. 현재 25%로 책정하였으며, 2022년 12월 커뮤니티 보호 조치의 일환으로 진행된 Buyback  Burn 캠페인은 23년 1분기 3차에 걸쳐 진행된 바 있으며, Buyback  Burn으로 사용된 10백만 USD 예산은 재단 재원으로 우선 진행하였으며, 해당 금액에 대해서는 재단의 건전한 재무 상태 유지를 위해 소각 재원 발생 시 우선 충당합니다.(1) 소각 완료된 WEMIX2022년 12월 커뮤니티 보호책의 일환으로 발표한 Buyback  Burn 캠페인에 따라, 2023년 1분기에 3회에 걸쳐 총 15.4백만 WEMIX가 소각되었습니다. (2) 소각 재원23년 4분기까지 Batch Burn 누적 소각 대상 재원은 9.8백만 USD와 92만 WEMIX입니다. 이 중 9.8백만 USD는 재단 자산 10백만 USD로 기 진행되었던 Buyback  Burn 캠페인 재원 충당에 사용되었으며 남은 0.2백만 USD는 향후 USD로 해당되는 소각 재원에서 충당 될 예정입니다. 92만 WEMIX 소각재원은 2024년 1분기 내 소각됩니다.*아래와 같이 표시된 내용은 2024년 3월 19일에 기재정정되었습니다(링크).3.3. Auto BurnAuto Burn은 커뮤니티의 많은 관심과 참여로 인해 WEMIX3.0 메인넷과 플랫폼이 성장함에 따라 소각의 규모 또한 확대되는 방식이며, 민팅과 소각의 밸런스로 수축 토큰경제로 나아가는 것을 목표로 합니다. WEMIX 외 현금성 자산으로 수취한 수입에 대한 소각분은 WEMIX를 매입하여 소각됩니다.2024년 1월 9일 발표한 WEMIX 블록 민팅 중단 정책에 따라 향후 우선 수수료와 플랫폼 수수료 수입은 브리오슈 하드포크 (Brioche Hardfork) 이후 Auto Burn 대상에서 제외되고 Batch Burn 대상으로 재분류됩니다.(1) 소각 완료된 WEMIX²²WEMIX3.0 Network 소각분은 자동으로 실시간 소각되었으며, WEMIX 플랫폼 수수료 소각분은 직전 월 수입이 확정되면 익월에 일괄 소각되는 프로토콜로 23년 4분기에 소각 완료된 위믹스 플랫폼 수수료 소각분은 2023년 9월~11월 수입분에 해당됩니다. 이에 따라 Auto Burn으로 분류되어 23년 4분기에 소각 완료된 WEMIX는 1,230,950 WEMIX입니다. Appendix 1. 재단 WEMIX 사용 상세 내역본 챕터는 TGE부터 백서 기준대로 분류하여 작성한 재단의 WEMIX 사용 상세 내역입니다. 기존에 발행된 분기보고서에는 재단 및 위메이드 사용 내역 구분 없이 각 분기별 WEMIX와 WEMIX 외 현금성 자산 사용 내역이 “Appendix 1: WEMIX 직접사용 내역”과 “Appendix 2: WEMIX 외 현금성 자산 사용내역”에 기재되었으나, 금번 분기보고서에는 커뮤니티에 더 명확한 사용 내역 전달을 위해 실질 거래로 기반하여 TGE부터 발행된 WEMIX 사용 내용으로 작성되었습니다. Appendix 2. 현금성 투자재원 확보 내역금번 분기보고서에는 해당사항이 없으나, 기존 분기보고서에 작성된 주요 내용으로 별도 구분하였습니다. 백서 구분에 따라 WEMIX 사용하여 현금성 투자재원을 확보한 내역입니다. 상세내역은 아래와 같습니다.(1) 투자유치 내역Private Sales은 2020년 거래소 상장 이후 Public Sales가 가능해짐에 따라 중단되었으며, 이후에는 생태계 파트너쉽  투자 유치로 구분하였습니다. 2023년 4분기 위믹스 투자 유치는 없었습니다.
