안녕하세요, 위믹스 팀입니다.최근 트랜잭션 증가에 따른 EN(Endpoint Node) 증설 과정에서 장애가 발생하였습니다. 이에 따라 일시적인 트랜잭션 지연이 발생하였으나 현재 정상화되었습니다.위믹스3.0 메인넷의 성능과 운영에는 문제가 없으니 참고하여 주시기 바라며,위믹스 팀은 모니터링을 통해서 원활한 서비스 환경을 제공하기 위해서 최선을 다하겠습니다.[확인 사항]원인 : 트랜잭션 증가에 따른 EN(Endpoint Node) 증설 과정에서 장애 발생현상 : 위믹스3.0 메인넷의 네트워크 부하조치 : 블록이 밀려보이는 현상은 데이터 적재의 밀림현상으로 익스플로러의 문제이며 곧 정상화될 예정입니다. 현재 트랜잭션의 생성과 조회는 문제없이 정상화되었습니다.[알려진 문제점]데이터 적재가 완료되지 않은 블록정보의 경우 PMR이 1을 초과하는 과도한 숫자로 표시되는데 이는 출력문제이며 PMR 생성(블록당 1WEMIX) 및 분배에는 전혀 문제가 없습니다.서비스 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다.

위믹스 플랫폼 서비스 정상화

Recently, there was an issue during the process of increasing Endpoint nodes(EN) due to a surge in transactions. As a result, there was a temporary delay in transactions, and now it has been resolved. Please note that there are no issues with the performance and operation of the WEMIX3.0 Mainnet. WEMIX Team is committed to providing a smooth service environment through continuous monitoring.[Details]Cause : Issues occurred during the Endpoint nodes(EN) due to the increase in transactions.Issue : Network Load on WEMIX3.0 MainnetConclusion : Delayed blocks are a backlog issue related to data loading and are a problem with the explorer. It will be normalized soon. The generation and retrieval of transactions have been normalized without any issues.[Known Issue]For block information where data loading is not yet complete, the PMR is displayed with an excessive number exceeding 1. This is a display issue, and there is no problem with PMR generation(1 WEMIX per block) and distribution.We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the use of our services.
