Who I Am...

Mac (born in 1988) is an MC. He is part of Fresh City (consisting of MCs Mac, KDV, The Prophet, Songstress Jennay B., and producer MAP) and The Family (Mac, Mark II, Uncut, Urban Light, Dijital, Emcee Eli, LZ, True, Non Epic, Masta Caesar, Syndrology, Penguin P, Pandana, Brian Fitzy and Basic) . Mac was born in Nashville, TN into the struggles of poverty, peer pressure, and minority living. He developed a love of Hip-Hop and began writing rhymes at twelve, battling at fourteen, and making beats at sixteen. At the age of seventeen, he released his first mixtape, The Great American Paper Chase. In 2007, he became a featured artist in Cricket's Nashville Music Showcase and has recently become a SESAC affiliate. He is currently in college with plans of furthering his career in and outside music
